Reliable IT Technicians are proficient at integrating your network with the products and software solutions that you’ve chosen. Need a new network set up? We can do that too running the cables and prepping the office for networking, then setting up your office network and servers to work cohesively with our office systems and solutions. Reliable provides a two hour response window on network installation. Our technicians also collaborate with your IT staff. When applicable, we can even use phone support and remote diagnostics to fix issues that may arise.

5 Year Guarantee - Under a full service contract agreement, Reliable will repair or exchange your copier within five years of active service in your office.
Manufacturer’s Support - Canon Equipment is the best in the industry with a 98 percent average uptime on well maintained machines. If a technician cannot resolve an issue, Reliable will send a specialist from Canon USA to repair the inoperable parts at no charge.
Free Delivery, Installation and Training - Throughout the copier’s lifetime active service within your office, you will receive system upgrades at no charge, as well as product and network training on how to best use your copier.
4 Hour Average Response Time - With a 4 hour average response time guarantee, if the time exceeds 8 hours, Reliable will provide a credit of $200.
98 Percent Uptime Guarantee - With a guaranteed 98 percent equipment uptime under the Net Call Incentive and Measurement system for technicians, if your copier is inoperative for more than 2 percent of the regular business hours in a year, Reliable will provide a $500 credit.
All-Inclusive Service - Reliable services are all inclusive with no additional charges for accessories, drums or toner, as well as surge protectors/voltage regulators. All supplies excluding paper, staples and transparencies are included.
Reliable provides an efficient support and dispatch system giving you the following benefits:
- 24 Hour Customer Access allowing service calls to be placed by phone or online request. The online system provides an immediate response to confirm receipt of your request.
- Immediate dispatch to the field technician that is geographically closest to your area to ensure the quickest response time.
- Technicians record the exact parts used on a service call so that we can replenish the parts to the technician’s inventory for the next service call.
- Tracking of copy volume, the useful life of key part components and the date the replenishment was installed. This allows dispatch to schedule a service call in advance of part failures.
- Upon completion of the service call, you will receive a service ticket summary to review and maintain for your records.
